How to get past 225 First Aid wotlk? ›

Once you reach 225 you will need to travel with the actual character you are levelling First Aid with and complete the quest Triage or Triage. *NOTE - Your character MUST be level 35 to qualify for this quest. Once you have completed the quest, you can train First Aid up to 300.

To train past 300 skill level, you need to speak with a Master First Aid trainer in either Outland or Northrend. This will allow you to train up to level 375 First Aid.

You learn 150 - 225 from the first aid book. Dustwallow Marsh, there's a person who sells three books you need in the North town. You buy the Expert First Aid and Heavy Silk/Mageweave bandage manuals from a Female Troll Vender in Brakenwall Village in Duskwallow Marsh.

Training First Aid above 150 - Expert First Aid

You can train Classic First Aid past 150 with the Expert First Aid - Under Wraps book. Buy the following three books: Expert First Aid - Under Wraps. Manual: Heavy Silk Bandage.

The First Aid Profession level cap has been raised from 225-300 in World of Warcraft Season of Discovery (SoD) Phase 3, unlocking Artisan First Aid, with a max skill cap of 300. This is the highest Level of First Aid in SoD and can be unlocked when a player reaches level 35 on either Horde or Alliance.

Collect 180 pieces of Frostweave Cloth to make 90 Heavy Frostweave Bandages. This will raise your First Aid skill to a maximum of 450.

To advance past 225 First Aid you will need to be taught by a doctor. This involves performing a special task involving saving patients before a timer is up. Horde players must speak to Doctor Gregory Victor in the town of Hammerfall in Arathi Highlands.

For the alliance: To train in Heavy Mageweave Bandages, you have to level up your skill to 240 and then speak to the Doc in Theramore again. He also says to come back and speak with him again as your skill increases, so I'm guessing training is done through him from here on out.
