We are a fine dining restaurant and catering service. Our mission is to provide exceptional food and service to our clientele.
We are seeking a new Fine Dining Catering Chef to join our team. Your role will be to manage production and execute food service on catered events..
As a member of the catering department, you will work with our Executive Catering Chef and report to our Executive Chef/Owner.
What You Will Do
- Prepare food quantities prior to the event
- Execute food service on the event
- Manage kitchen staff on the event
- Provide feedback and pertinent information regarding the event
What You Will BringOur ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:
- High School or GED
- Culinary Degree prefferred
- Knife Skills
- Recipe Development
- Kitchen Management
